NetShield is Giganet's live networking monitoring tool allowing our customers to see live health and performance information about their connectivity service via an intuitive web-portal:

NetShield is included as standard for:

  • Giganet ELITE and IGNITE leased line services
  • Giganet Business SuperBOLT & UltraBEAM broadband services
  • Giganet MPLS PWAN networks
  • M12 Solutions DBX Managed customers

Giganet provides:

  • Connectivity check to the managed router every 1 minute with 5 consecutive pings
  • Traffic utilisation of primary, (and secondary (and tertiary)) circuits.
  • Traffic utilisation of specific VLANs configured
  • Uptime of routers
