Wika is a global market leader in pressure, temperature and level measurement technology. Wika needed a fast, reliable internet connection to allow expansion and utilise their VoIP phones.

As a successful global organisation, Wika required a telephone system and connectivity solution that would allow expansion and deployment across multiple sites. To use the latest VoIP telephone system technology from M12, Wika required robust, reliable Internet connections to be installed, which is where Giganet came in. We recommended fully managed Leased Line solutions with back-up services to ensure that mission critical business communication would be maintained under any eventuality.

Initially we installed a Splicecom telephone system at Wika’s head office in Redhill, Surrey and utilised a 20Mb Leased Line for the voice and data requirements of the business. Following this, Wika were so pleased that the system has been rolled out to sites in Manchester, Andover and Swanley, each with their own Leased Line and all linked to each other for redundancy and a single site appearance. Over the years we have continued to increase the bandwidth of these Leased Lines and drive down costs to the business.
